I MUST GO DOWN TO THE SEA AGAIN

Savage shares why life “sucks,” happiness is fleeting, and accepting life’s difficulty makes it easier to handle. He argues American weakness comes from media and cultural delusions that everyone should be happy. He criticizes reliance on government “crutches and a fantasy culture fueled by TV and movies. He recalls growing up with radio, valuing imagination, and says creative people transform sadness rather than suppress it with drugs. He then advises parents to teach children reality and how to be alone and resilient. Savage then reflects on the passage of time. He ponders why the passing of time feels faster with age? He urges younger people, even those estranged from their parents, to cherish them because the bond is irreplaceable.

HELTER SKELTER - HOW THE MANSON MURDERS RELATE TO TODAY - #981

Savage shares his dark vision for America. He speculates about what will happen to the U.S. after Trump leaves office, arguing that economic pain could fuel a “revolution at the ballot box.” He predicts rapid leftward political change amid a younger, more diverse population. He then revisits his 2015 book “Government Zero” where he outlined 40 actions to save America that will be unraveled by radical progressives. He describes how these measures could save America from decline, including starting a nationalist party; closing borders for seven years; deporting illegal aliens in prison; repealing “anchor babies”; making English the official language; voter ID; civics education; military reforms; cutting government; repairing relations with Russia; mutual defense with Israel while ending foreign aid; recognizing radical Islam as the enemy; allowing profiling; economic and financial reforms (Fed mandate, ending H-1B, flat tax, Glass-Steagall, uptick rule, tort reform); ending affirmative action; limiting welfare/unemployment; curbing NSA data collection; defending free speech, religion, press; and opposing military exercises in cities. He ends urging viewers to write their own plan.
