Senator Adam Schiff on Sunday announced he will introduce a war powers resolution to limit President Trump’s action in Iran hours after Lindsey Graham’s death. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham suddenly died on Saturday night. He was 71 years old. According to audio of the 911 call, Lindsey Graham suffered from chest pains before going into cardiac arrest.

On Sunday morning, Senator Schiff (D-CA) said he is going to introduce another war powers resolution to limit President Trump’s ongoing action against Iran. Senator McConnell is still in the hospital and Senator Lindsey Graham just passed away so the senate is down two GOP votes. “The renewal of fighting in Iran demonstrates the problem with Trump’s lack of strategy, the vagueness of the deal to make a deal, and the belligerence of an Iranian regime that feels it has the upper hand,” Adam Schiff said. “This week, I’ll introduce a new War Powers Resolution to force the Senate to vote on Trump’s war and the price spikes it is causing,” he said.
