CE’s Seattle office arrested Stanley Robert Kungu Muthee, a Kenyan national who overstayed a tourist visa, during a traffic stop on Monday while he was wearing a jacket from his job at the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families. Bill Melugin reported that ICE confirmed Muthee entered the United States on February 6, 2019, on a B-2 tourist visa, never left, and remained in the country illegally. During the arrest, he admitted he worked for the agency and was carrying a DCYF identification card.
