Heart-stopping recently released surveillance video shows a teen girl fleeing her alleged kidnapper after being repeatedly stabbed by him – and it’s since emerged he entered the US illegally during the Biden administration and was arrested by the NYPD just months before the “heinous crime.” The dramatic footage shows the unidentified girl, 15, running with “no shoes or clothes” on from the Baltimore basement being rented out by unlicensed cabbie Abubakarr Barrie, Fox45 reported, citing charging documents.
Sierra Leone native Barrie, 23, entered the US illegally in 2023 and was released into the community by the Biden administration after being arrested by Border Patrol, DHS said. He allegedly kidnapped the girl and stabbed her “all over the body” on Oct. 22 in what feds have branded a “heinous crime” – some three months after New York officials refused to honor an ICE detainer after he was busted for possession of a forged instrument.
