Two cops have been stripped of their guns and badges for passing around videos of the dramatic shootout inside a Bronx precinct station — as the NYPD tries to shut down press leaks, according to police sources. The Midtown South officers, Brian Wilkens and Paul Brauer, were placed on modified duty Monday for accessing the surveillance clips that captured a gunman opening fire on officers inside the 41st Precinct on Sunday morning, a high-ranking source said.
