‘Daddy, can I go with you?’: Trump touts Ivanka on stage in North Dakota

“Make America cringe again.

President Trump made his visit to North Dakota on Wednesday a family affair, bringing up his daughter and their terms of endearment.

“Sometimes they’ll say, ‘He can’t be that bad a guy.’ Look at Ivanka,” he said during a tax reform speech, later explaining why his daughter accompanied him to Bismarck.

“She said, ‘dad can I go with you?’ She actually said, ‘daddy, can I go with you?’ I like that, right?” Trump said.

Ivanka Trump asked President Trump "daddy, can I go with you?" according to her father.

 

Though Ivanka Trump has said she tries to “stay out of politics,” the 35-year-old White House adviser has consistently been by her father’s side.”
